Every batch of brittle we make starts the old-fashioned way , cooked in small batches, hand poured, and packed with real flavor. We don’t rush it, because good brittle ought to have that perfect buttery crunch that keeps you coming back for one more piece.

From peanut to pecan, cashew to walnut, every brittle we make is cooked fresh with simple ingredients and a whole lot of care. Around here, we believe homemade sweets should taste like they came straight from grandma’s kitchen.

Our brittle isn’t factory made or mass produced. Ms. Bobbies makes one batch at a time, so every bite has that fresh cooked crunch, rich flavor, and homemade goodness folks remember growing up with.

We make our brittle the Southern way, fresh, rich, buttery, and loaded with nuts in every bite. Fair warning … once you open the bag, sharing becomes a real problem.
